A bond is a debt security by which the issuer undertakes to pay back to the bearer on a certain day the invested amount with agreed interest rate. The bonds differ: according to the issuer; according to the interest rates; according to the maturity; according to the frequency of interest payment; according to the primary market; according to the currency. Bonds can be traded at stock exchange and outside stock exchange (OTC trading).
