Hal E-bank is e-banking solution on the domestic market, offered by more than 20 domestic banks and is intended for domestic and international payments.

The key advantage of this application is that with a single certificate on SmartCard or USB key, through only one application, you can control all your accounts in all the banks that are part of Halcom system.

Application versions
Depending on the installation type, there are two different Hal e-bank types
- Hal e bank personal – installed on local computer of each user at the client’s premises within one company
- Hal e bank corporate -installed as a server version on one central computer at the company and is directly accessed by all authorized users through a local network
Technical requirements
You need a current account opened at our Bank and at least Pentium II over 300MHz class computer with any type of Internet connection.
Security
Digital certificate on SmardCard or USB key is generated for every authorized user. Additional verification of certificate users is done by entering a unique PIN, and the connection to the bank’s server is done towards secured and protected communication servers.
Hal E-bank application form
If you are already a user of Hal e bank in another bank, it is enough to fill HAL E-Bank application form, sign Hal e bank agreement and on the next connection to the server, the accounts opened at our Bank will appear in the application.
