Share are equity securities representing participation in capital or voting rights of certain legal entity

Shares can be traded, based on the previously signed contract with the broker and issued trade order, at:

• the regulated market in the country – the Belgrade Stock Exchange a.d. Beograd. Data on financial instruments trading at the Belgrade Stock Exchange can be found at: www.belex.rs;
• outside regulated markets, such as the takeover bid or forced purchase / sale of shares;
• the regulated markets abroad – shares of companies listed on foreign stock exchanges at which the Investment services and activities department can provide brokerage services.
