Digital version of the Mastercard Standard debit card

The Mastercard Standard debit card is available in digital form in your OTP m-bank app even before you receive the physical card.

With the digital Mastercard Standard debit card, you can make online payments, withdraw dinars from contactless ATMs, and add it to your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet.
Card details, such as the card number, expiration date, and CVC code, are stored in the app, so you no longer need to manually enter them during online payments—you can simply copy them.

Mastercard® Standard can be issued on your special request within our account
package Klasik. You will find all the basic services for your everyday needs: e-bank, m-

All debit Mastercard® cards have technology for contactless payment. For contactless transactions up to 4000 RSD you do not need to to enter a PIN, while for amounts above 40000 RSD you have to enter your PIN. The first transaction with this card has to be standard – with the entry of the card into the terminal and with entering a PIN code (it does not have to be payment, it can be balance inquiry on ATM).
For all users who have payment cards issued in our bank it is enabled to use free 3D Secure service who additionally secures payment with cards online. Find out more

Withdraw cash in Maxi and Shop&Go stores

In all Maxi and Shop&Go stores, the “Podigni keš” (Withdraw cash) service is enabled, thanks to which you can also withdraw money from the cash register in the amount of up to 5,000 dinars with the purchase of goods.

Card Block/Unblock

If you can’t find your card or suspect it has been lost or stolen, you can temporarily block it in just a few simple steps using the mobile OTP m-bank application. Once you find the card, you can unblock it.

Go to the Cards menu, click on the three dots for more options, then select the Block or Unblock option.
