If you want basic banking services, we have prepared Basic Services Payment Account for you. A DinaCard debit card for your payments and withdrawal of money at ATMs inland is at your disposal.

The Basic Services Payment Account has been introduced in compliance with the package of measures of the National Bank of Serbia.
Fee for external electronic orders within m-bank amounts to 6 RSD per order.
Fee for external electronic orders within e-bank amounts to 6 RSD per order.

- Standing order – all utility bills that you receive each month, payment by standing order has proven a real saver of time and energy! Pay Infostan, landline and mobile operator (Telekom, A1, Telenor) and Mediana Nis bills in a single step, no fee charged.
- SMS Service – A system enabling you to check the balance on your account by SMS message and, if you want, to receive notifications on incoming payments and completed payment card transactions. All SMS notifications on transactions made by payment cards amount to 3 RSD per message.
- A Personal Banker will be assigned to you – The experience of an expert who can quickly provide help or resolve doubts, and clarify terms and conditions is priceless. Your Personal Banker will always be at your disposal and committed to you and your business.
- Voice Mail – Easy account balance checking, funds transfer on current and saving accounts, and even currency conversion, all just a phone call away.
Good to know
It is good to know that you can easily replace your payment, dinar or foreign currency account opened in another bank with an account in our bank. All you need to do is sign an Authorization for the change of payment account in our bank, based on which we will communicate with the previous bank instead of you.
The account change service is free of charge for natural persons.
