Corporate volunteering award, 2017
At the 8th international CSR Forum OTP bank was awarded for corporate volunteering in the category “Best new corporate volunteering program”, for the program “We are a team” – which was organised in each of the Bank’s business regions in the period from June to September 2017. The award is given by the Responsible Business Forumand Smart kolektiv on the occasion of the International Volunteer Day.
Thank-you note “Our Belgrade”, 2017
The Thank-you note for participating in the volunteer action “Our Belgrade” held on 27.05.2017 in Zvezdara forest was awarded by the Responsible Business Forum to OTP bank at the 8th international CSR Forum.. Every year in May the Responsible Business Forum organises the volunteer action “Our Belgrade” in order to promote corporate volunteering.
Accolade for reporting by applying the GRI methodology, 2017
OTP bank was awarded for its contribution to the development of non-financial reporting in line with the internationally renowned GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) methodology. The first Sustainability report of the Bank was issued in 2017 for the year 2016, by using the newest G4 version of the GRI standard. The Responsible Business Forum presented this accolade to OTP bank, as it is one of the 11 companies in Serbia that reported according to the GRI methodology in 2017.
Business & Art award, 2017.
OTP bank was awarded by the magazine Diplomacy & Commerce in the category Business & Art for its cooperation with the Gallery of Matica srpska . The award was given to the Bank at the celebration marking the magazine’s anniversary.
VIRTUS Thank-you note, 2017
OTP bank was awarded the VIRTUS Award for one of the three best projects in the category “Long-term partnership between the business and non-profit sector,” for its cooperation with the Gallery of Matica srpska. VIRTUS award is presented by the Trag foundation once a year, and it is one of the most important awards for the corporate social responsibility in Serbia.
CSR Index Serbia, 2016
CSR Index Serbia is the only methodology in Serbia that enables objective comparison of the performance of companies and impact of their business operations on society. It is an electronic, automated platform comprised of more than 100 indicators divided into 5 categories: corporate management, local community, work environment, market and physical environment. The indicators are operationalized by objective indicators of which companies report in the yes / no form of answers. Companies guarantee the accuracy of data from indicators by attaching evidence. OTP bank successfully completed the majority of indicators and was accordingly listed on the CSR Index Serbia. It so demonstrated of being among the leaders of corporate social responsibility in Serbia.

The Responsible Business Forum awarded to OTP bank with the Thank-you note for participating in the volunteer action “Our Belgrade” held on 14.05.2016 in “Our house” in Mirijevo, when we prepared food for the children from the Shelter and for the members of the Association for Promoting Inclusion of Serbia. The most humane environment, 2015
The employees of OTP bank, in cooperation with the representative Trade Union, have been organising,for many years,blood donation campaigns in the premises of the Bank in Novi Sad. The number of blood donors is increasing year-by-year, and the organisation is improving, as OTP bank provides excellent conditions to the Institute for Blood Transfusion of Vojvodina. We have identified the need to help those who need help the most, and often this help is urgently required. By these actions the Bank is making efforts to spread humaneness and give an example of how a little effort can provide big help. The Red Cross of Serbia recognised such commitment and presented the accolade to OTP bank for the Most humane environment.
