What does online payment confirmation look like?

1. On the merchant’s website, enter the card details as before
2. If additional verification is required, the payment confirmation screen appears
3. In a few seconds, you will receive a push notification on your mobile phone
4. Click the notification to open the OTP m-bank application
5. Confirm the payment with biometrics or application PIN
6. Return to the merchant’s website and complete your purchase

FOR THOSE WHO DON’T YET HAVE AN APPLICATION

Still didn’t get the OTP m-bank application?

To use the new online payment confirmation, you need to have an active OTP m-bank application for natural persons.
You can easily download and install the application – the procedure is the same for the App Store, Google Play and AppGallery.
Following installation, get registered with your OTP card according to the instructions below and confirm all online transactions directly from the application.

If authorized users of Business cards and cardholders – natural persons do not currently have the OTP m-bank application for natural persons installed, proceed with activation as follows:

• Download and install the OTP m-bank application (Mobile Banking application for individuals) from the official Play Store, App Store.
• Select option Activate m-bank / Standalone, fill in the form with the required information, enter the SMS code that will be sent to your mobile phone number. After that, you need to create a PIN code to use the application.
• Alternatively, you can make the activation in a branch or by calling the Bank’s Contact Center at phone number +381 11 30 11 555.
